πŸ‹οΈ‍♂️ 1. Select Your Bolder Athlete Track

After subscribing, BTWB automatically adds all six Bolder Athlete tracks to your account.

  • Open the BTWB app.

  • Tap the “Calendar” icon at the bottom.

  • Tap the track dropdown (top of screen).

  • Select the Bolder Athlete track you’re currently following (Compete, Elite, Core, Body, Minimal, or Capacity).

βœ… Pro tip: You can switch tracks anytime to explore what fits your season or goals.


πŸ“† 2. View Your Training Sessions

Each day’s workout appears in your BTWB calendar.

  • Tap on the day to view the training.

  • Workouts are broken into clear sections (e.g. Warm-up, Strength, Metcon).

  • Scroll to the bottom of the session for ATHLETE INSTRUCTIONS —these are additional instructions for the workout.

πŸ’‘ The Athlete Instructions include stimulus goals, intended feel, scaling options, conversions (i.e. metric/imperial), and age appropriate adjustments. Read these carefully—they help you get the most out of your training.


πŸ“ 3. Log Your Score

Tracking your progress = real results.

  • After completing a workout or lift, tap “Log Result.”

  • Input your score (time, reps, weight—whatever’s relevant).

  • Hit “Save” and your data gets stored for future comparison.

πŸ“Š BTWB automatically builds graphs and PR charts as you go. You’ll thank yourself later.


πŸ† 4. Check the Leaderboard

Curious how you stack up? The leaderboard makes it fun (and motivating).

  • After logging your score, tap the “Leaderboard” tab.

  • See how other Bolder Athletes performed that day.

  • Filter by prescribed, modified, track, and gender.
