Who is this program for?
Bolder Minimal is perfect for athletes who travel frequently, train at home, or need a competition-focused program without a full gym setup.

How does Bolder Minimal compare to Bolder Core?
The workouts and structure are exactly the same—but Bolder Minimal modifies movements to use dumbbells, a jump rope, and an optional pull-up bar instead of barbells and machines.

What equipment do I need?
At a minimum: A set of dumbbells, 
an optional jump rope, an optional pull-up bar (with movement substitutions available).

How long are the workouts?
Each session lasts 60–75 minutes, five days per week, structured for maximum efficiency and progression.

Is this program beginner-friendly?
Bolder Minimal is best for experienced CrossFit athletes who want structured, competition-style training with minimal equipment. If you’re newer to this style of training, Bolder Body may be a better starting point.
