Jason Grubb’s mantra, “Consistency Breeds Success,” has propelled him from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming one of the most celebrated Masters athletes in CrossFit history.

In his competitive journey, he secured five consecutive CrossFit Games Masters Championships, showcasing his dominance from 2019 to 2024, and consistently placed on top of the podium in various international competitions.

Prior to his CrossFit fame, Grubb had careers as a wedding photographer, a psychotherapist, and even a professional poker player.
